It’s with huge excitement that we welcome Oscar Harris to the Bright family who has been appointed as our very first Performance Lead. Congratulations Oscar!

Oscar has taken up on the post of Performance Lead for the London and Southeast region and has been busy assisting on the launch of Bright Future Fundraising’s field operation. He is now tasked with overseeing and delivering all fundraising activity and capacity expansion In the London region.

Oscar joins Bright Future Fundraising with 10 years of F2F experience under his belt. From entering the sector as a street fundraiser Oscar has since worked his way up to managing in-house campaigns at organisations such as Guide Dogs for the Blind, Royal Voluntary Service, Amnesty International and deputy face-to-face coordinator at UNICEF UK.

When asked what inspired him about the role and working at Bright Future Fundraising Oscar explained, “I applied to work with Bright Future Fundraising because their ethics closely aligned with my own. It is very clear that they value and invest in their people. Being their first field manager really appealed to me as it has given me the opportunity to have some input in the strategy and direction from the launch. I feel as though I have found my home and am working towards a brighter future for myself, my team and society at large.”

“Oscar’s experience and knowledge in building and delivering face to face campaigns is second to none in the industry, and we are thrilled to have secured his talent to oversee the launch of our first fundraising teams.”

Agency director Josh White says “Alongside his track record of delivering results in the field, Oscar’s experience and qualities in building a strong culture within his teams and campaigns made him really stand out as a candidate"
